Booking Policy

Reservations

To secure your booking, a confirmation is required in advance.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the event.

Late cancellations may result in a partial charge.
 

Customization

All designs and prints can be customized to match your event.

Final designs must be approved before the event date.

Setup & Requirements

Our team will arrive prior to the event to set up the photobooth.

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space and access to power.

Photo Privacy & Delivery

We respect the privacy of every guest and their captured moments.
All photos taken during the event are handled with care and will not be shared publicly without permission.

After the event, photos will be delivered to the client either through a secure online gallery or a USB file, based on preference.

All digital files are stored safely and are only accessible to the client.

Usage

The photobooth is to be used responsibly.

Any damage caused during the event may result in additional charges.
